Every feature of Linx was designed with your safety as the priority. Here is exactly how the platform protects you.
End-to-End Encryption
Everything you share on Linx is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is stored on secure servers and is never sold, shared, or made accessible to anyone without your explicit permission. The platform adheres to the highest standards of data security.
Anonymous by Default
The only information required to use Linx is an email address or phone number for verification. Beyond that, you are completely anonymous. Your identity is architecturally separated from your narrative content. You remain anonymous unless you choose to share your real name to connect with a legal team.
Quick Exit
A quick exit button is visible at all times throughout your experience. Pressing it will immediately redirect your browser to a neutral website, giving you instant cover if someone walks into the room or you feel unsafe for any reason. Your session is not lost. You can close the redirect and resume where you left off.
Erase Everything
At any point, you can choose to permanently erase all of your data with one click. When you erase, your data is fully removed from our systems as well. There is no recovery, no archive, and no trace left behind. If you decide to come back in the future, you would start over from the beginning. This was built with your safety in mind, particularly for people whose activities and devices may be monitored.
Automatic Session Wipe
For your protection, Linx automatically wipes your session data after a period of inactivity. If you step away or close the browser, your information does not persist. This prevents anyone who may have access to your device from seeing what you were doing.
Minimal Design, On Purpose
Linx was designed to be visually minimal. There are no logos, banners, or imagery that would indicate what the platform is for. If someone glances at your screen, nothing about the interface reveals what you are doing.
Crisis Intervention
Emergency resources including 911, the National Sexual Assault Hotline (RAINN: 1-800-656-HOPE), and the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741) are visible throughout your experience. If at any point someone discloses suicidal ideation or intent to self-harm, the process stops and emergency numbers and information are provided immediately. Your wellbeing always comes first.
Identity Separation Architecture
Your verification data (email or phone number) and your narrative content are stored separately by design. There is no automatic connection between who you are and what you share. The two are only linked if you explicitly choose to provide your identity to connect with a legal team.
